spryggAIVR integrations: verified check-ins in the systems you already use
spryggAIVR adds verified check-in to the CMMS or vendor management platform you already track work in; it doesn't replace it. Today it reads work orders from, and writes verified check-ins back to, ServiceChannel, spryggCMMS and Google Sheets, and it sends check-in and check-out emails and check-in alerts to Slack. Corrigo and Accruent connectors are coming soon.

With ServiceChannel and spryggCMMS, spryggAIVR can also post check-in instructions for vendors on each work order, so technicians know which number to call.
Several systems at once. One account can connect ServiceChannel, spryggCMMS and a Google Sheet together, for example when different clients or regions run different systems. Technicians still call one number, and each visit is written back to the system its work order came from.
ServiceChannel accounts. Both ServiceChannel account types can connect: a subscriber account, for multi-site operators managing their vendors, and a provider account, for FM service providers working their clients' work orders. Writing ServiceChannel's native GPS check-in and check-out needs the account's GPS check-in/out permission and the site's coordinates; without the permission, spryggAIVR still posts each check-in and check-out as a note on the work order.
Why does it matter where verified check-ins land?
Verification only pays off if the data is used, and it's used where your team already works:
- Invoices are approved against it. Your team approves invoices from the work order. When verified arrival, time on site and the completion report are on that work order, checking billed labor takes a glance, not a phone call.
- Your reports use verified times. Response-time and vendor performance reports in your CMMS or spreadsheet run on the check-in and check-out times written to each work order, instead of times the vendor entered.
- One record, not two. A separate check-in portal means exporting and matching visits to work orders by hand. Writing back to the work order leaves nothing to reconcile.
- Nothing new for your team to learn. Coordinators and site managers keep working in the system they know; the verified data simply shows up there.
- Your history stays yours. Visit records live on your work orders in your own system, alongside the rest of each job's history.
How does two-way sync work, and how fast is it?
- Work orders come in. Open work orders sync from your system every 15 minutes (from ServiceChannel, only the ones that changed). A work order created since the last sync is looked up in your system during the call, so a technician can check in against it right away.
- The check-in is written back. When the technician's location is confirmed, the check-in goes to the work order (verified on site, or flagged off site), and email and Slack alerts are sent.
- The check-out follows. When the technician calls back to check out, the check-out and time on site are written, and the completion report is added as soon as it's ready.
- Photos are attached. Photos the technician texts or uploads are added to the work order as they arrive.
Do I need a CMMS to use spryggAIVR?
No. If you don't run a CMMS, spryggAIVR can read work orders from a Google Sheet and write every visit back to it, and send check-in alerts to an email inbox or a Slack channel. You connect Google Sheets with your Google account, and spryggAIVR can only open the sheets you choose.
Does it replace my CMMS or its built-in check-in?
No. spryggAIVR is a verification layer on top of the system you already use. Platforms like ServiceChannel include their own check-in options; spryggAIVR adds a location check at the site and a completion report from the technician's own words, then writes both back to the same work order. If your vendors already check in reliably with your platform's built-in tools and you don't need location proof, those tools may be all you need.
For what a verified visit includes, see vendor check-in verification.
Frequently asked questions
Which vendor check-in tools work alongside ServiceChannel?
spryggAIVR connects to ServiceChannel directly, with a subscriber or a provider account: it reads work orders and writes verified check-ins and check-outs back, with GPS, notes, the completion report, photos and the work order status.
Can spryggAIVR sync with more than one platform at the same time?
Yes. One account can connect ServiceChannel, spryggCMMS and a Google Sheet together, and each visit is written back to the system its work order came from. Email and Slack alerts can run alongside any of them.
Do vendors need a different app or number for each CMMS?
No. Technicians call the same number for every site and every system, with nothing to install. spryggAIVR works out which work order, and which system, the visit belongs to.
Is spryggAIVR an add-on to our CMMS or vendor management platform?
Yes. It adds AI voice check-in and location verification to the CMMS, vendor management platform or work order system you already use, rather than replacing it.
What if our system isn't listed, such as Fexa or Facilio?
It isn't connected today, and spryggAIVR doesn't offer a public API or webhooks yet. Corrigo and Accruent are the next connectors; tell us what you run when we set up your free trial. In the meantime, check-ins can go to a Google Sheet, an inbox or Slack.
What does connecting a system involve?
ServiceChannel and spryggCMMS connect with API credentials from that system. Google Sheets connects with a Google account, where you create a new spryggAIVR sheet or choose an existing one.
